Welcome to our secure server certificate set up page.
To begin the process of obtaining an SSL certificate, you must first complete all required(*) fields on the following form and submit additional proof of organization via fax. To help expedite your request, please try to complete as much information as possible on the form.
Section A. Domain / Registrant information requesting the certificate.
- Please provide valid InterNIC information.
In order to issue a server certificate, your application information must match the InterNIC. To find your domain information, please click on the following link:

Enter "yourdomainname" omitting the "http://" prefix.
All required information will be displayed.
Section B. Contact information for the person submitting this request.
Section C. Select document you will be faxing and add any comments.
- Proof of Organization
In order to authenticate the information that is presented in the server certificate, we also require one of the following supporting documents by fax.
- Articles of Incorporation
- Business License
- Doing Business As (DBA) registration papers
- Partnership documentation
- Sole Proprietorship documentation

You can still apply for your certificate. In section C, choose N/A and state your business type and any helpful information in the "Additional Comments" box. We will then contact you regarding the required documentation for your special circumstances.
